Commission process

• Commission Form

1.Fill out the commission form above.2.Once the form is completed it will be 2-24 hours (business days) before I can respond to its status with all needed information. I will also request references from you, send as many as you like in downloaded format (NO LINKS) will be accepted.3. Once I reply in agreement I will send you thumbnail sketch(s) on what you've requested. Once a sketch is approved you may go ahead and either make pay 50% down-payment and the remaining at the end of the commission or the full amount upfront depending on which you prefer at the payment option button.4.Once payment is made, I will go ahead and proceed further your commission. During the phases please do not hesitate to give honest feedback and to be specific on any details you want or that come to mind. During the sketching phase if you are unsatisfied do not hesitate to tell me, I will cancel/refund your commission.
For payments made I can either send it back myself or you filing a chargeback (PLEASE SEE REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS SECTION BELOW).5. During the commissioning process you will have five ( 5 ) Free edits and you will receive check-in throughout the commissioning process based on the option you selected on your form until the commission is completed.6. Once the Commission is completed, I will notify you about its completion via E-mail.7. In this E-mail you will be send your :•Full Sized Digital art commission rendered image(s)•A document to act as a receipt of purchase and completionNote: The commission files will be compressed and sent in a ZIP or RAR file to the E-mail listed in the commission form.

Delivery time

Completion time for commissions:•Clean Sketch ---- 2 to 10 Days
•Colors ------------- 3 to 14 Days
•Full Colors ------- 7 to 21 DaysPlease note that TIME EXTENTIONS may be needed on some commissions based on it having multiple characters, overly complexed backgrounds, etc. I will of course notify you about this if I require it and keep you updated.All products being delivered are digital.THERE IS NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT.

Revisions & edits

The prices for commissions include 5 free edits and revisions to your commission piece.Once the 5 limit has been reached, any additional edits or changes will incur an additional fee ranging from $5 USD to $30 USD per edit.

Refunds and cancellations

• I will refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the clean line art/Inking.• After I have started the Clean Line art/Inking, the buyer is allowed a 50% refund, but once I start working on colors and shading no refund will be issued•If for any reason I am unable to start or finish your commission after accepting, you will receive a full 100% refund at any stage of the commission.• Should you choose a refund or cancellation PLEASE notify me if you want to do a chargeback yourself or have me send it back to you personally, the refund will be sent back to the account that made the initial purchase• Once refunded you will lose all rights to the current commissioned digital artwork. If the commission is of your own personal creation/ intellectual property I will NOT claim it as my own creativity, but I will use it as I deem fit ( i.e. make a timelapse of it or use it as commissioned portfolio work).

Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described as follows. Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.•Prices are subject to change over time and notification will be done 30 days prior to change. Once a commissioned price is given it will NOT change for that commissioned piece.

The Client

• Will be expected to have read my T.O.S.• May display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.• May NOT Falsely claim that a delivered commission was not received in an attempt to STEAL a FREE commission.• May NOT upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work.•May NOT use any commissions in A.I. art in anyway or form• May NOT claim my work as your own.•MAY use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to : avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.• Reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (i.e. NOT for profit or sale).• In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.• Are NOT authorized to heavily change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.• Are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”• May NOT harass, haggle in an attempt for cheaper commission prices or slots.• Who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

The Artist

• I reserve the right to post your non-commercial finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.• I reserve the right to DECLINE any commission, project or client for any reason.• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
